E-Commerce / Telesales Analyst

Manage and follow up with the active customer portfolio in the assigned region, strengthening relationships and identifying new sales opportunities;

Actively prospect new customers through the company’s sales channels, including phone, WhatsApp, e-commerce, and other available tools;

Conduct sales contacts, present products, identify customer needs, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the sales process through closing;

Prepare and enter orders into the system, ensuring all commercial information is entered accurately;

Carry out after-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and encourage repeat purchases;

Receive, analyze, and properly resolve customer requests, ensuring prompt and high-quality service;

Identify opportunities to reactivate inactive customers and expand the product mix among existing accounts;

Monitor sales results, targets, and performance indicators for the assigned customer portfolio and region, continuously seeking improved results;

Keep the CRM system up to date;

Stay informed about products, campaigns, new launches, commercial terms, and market developments;

Ensure high-quality customer service and protect the company’s image across all customer relationship channels.


Equirements

  • Previous experience in sales and/or commercial activities. Experience in telesales or outbound telemarketing will be considered a plus;
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management, preferably in a B2B environment;
  • Previous experience with B2B e-commerce and digital sales platforms is desirable;
  • Sales-oriented, communicative, proactive, and results-driven profile;
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship-building skills;
  • Knowledge of and interest in digital market trends and new communication and sales tools;
  • Strong organizational skills, discipline, and ability to manage a customer portfolio and sales opportunities.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Shift:
Day shift

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:18 p.m.
